How It Works
Arrival time is a two-step calculation:
Travel time = distance ÷ speed Arrival = departure + travel time + stops
This calculator handles mixed units (miles with km/h, or vice versa) and rolls the clock past midnight, showing a +1d marker for overnight journeys.
Tips for a Realistic ETA
- Use your average moving speed, not the top speed — traffic, junctions and hills slow you down.
- Add stops for fuel, food and breaks on long drives.
- Pad long trips by 10–15% to absorb the unexpected.
Get an Accurate Distance First
Your ETA is only as good as the distance you feed it. Measure the real route with the driving distance tool or the distance calculator, then bring the total back here.
